Stânca Dochiei, also called Stânca Dochia, is an isolated rock on the eastern slope of the Ceahlău Massif, in Ceahlău National Park, Neamț County. According to the park administration, it stands at 1,179 m, below Piciorul Sihastrului. It is a separate feature from Cabana Dochia, which stands on the plateau of the massif at about 1,750 m. The park's management plan lists it among the isolated rocks and towers of conservation interest, together with Panaghia, Piatra cu Apă, Turnul Sihastrului and Acele Caprei.
A small stream rises from beneath the rock and is the last water source on the trail before Cabana Dochia. Also below Stânca Dochiei, in Poiana La Izvoare, where Jgheabul cu Hotaru meets Jgheabul Mare, are the springs of the Izvorul Alb stream, which then flows through the village of Izvorul Alb.
The rock's name is linked to the folk legend of Baba Dochia. The Romanian Wikipedia notes that the rock does not have a human shape.
The rock lies on the park's trail no. 2, marked with a blue triangle: Cabana Izvorul Muntelui, Curmătura Lutu Roșu, the Izvorul Alb stream, Stânca Dochiei, Jgheabul cu Hotaru, Cabana Dochia. The trail is 5.7 km long with a height gain of 1,020 m and takes 3.5 to 4 hours uphill and about 2.5 hours downhill. In winter the park administration advises against the section between Stânca Dochiei and Cabana Dochia.
