Business Listing Terms

The business account

The business account is created automatically when you list a business and is intended exclusively for owners of listed businesses. From your account you manage your listings, payments and billing details, and you can add multiple properties — each with its own plan and payment. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

Moderation and publication

All submissions and any subsequent content changes are reviewed by our team before appearing publicly. We may reject listings without providing detailed justification. When an unmodified listing is renewed through payment, republication happens automatically, without a new review.

Payment, subscriptions and expiry

Payment is made online, from your business account, after you submit your listing, through the Stripe payment processor — we never see or store card details. Subscriptions run for 6 or 12 months (on the annual plan you are billed for 10). Displayed prices do not include VAT; VAT is added at checkout. The tax invoice is issued automatically once the payment is confirmed, through Oblio, and emailed to you based on the billing details in your account. When the period expires, the listing becomes inactive automatically and is hidden from the public; the data is kept, and the listing can be reactivated anytime through payment, from your account. We send two email notifications before expiry.

A service exclusively for professionals

Paid listings and the business account are intended exclusively for professionals (companies, sole traders, etc.) acting for commercial purposes. As the contract is concluded between professionals, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for consumers by Romanian GEO no. 34/2014 does not apply; the refund policy below applies instead.

Refund policy

• If we reject your paid submission, we refund the full amount automatically. The money returns to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• The service starts immediately upon publication. Amounts paid for the remaining period are not refunded upon voluntary withdrawal, downgrade or account closure, except where required by law.

Plan changes

• Upgrades take effect as soon as the payment for the new plan is confirmed. The unused value of your current plan is automatically converted into extra days of validity on the new plan.
• Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Promotions

Promotional periods (for example, free months at sign-up) apply per listed property, under the conditions displayed at the time of submission. At the end of the free period there is no payment obligation — if you don't continue with a paid subscription, the listing becomes inactive automatically.

Content and liability

• The information displayed about each business is provided entirely by that business. You warrant that the submitted information is accurate, up to date, and that you have the right to publish it (including the photos).
• The platform acts exclusively as a listing and promotion service. We do not verify, guarantee or assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information, the quality of the services, or the dealings between visitors and listed businesses.
• The “Verified” badge only means that the contact details and the existence of the business were summarily confirmed at publication — it is not a guarantee of service quality.
• We may request corrections or remove non-compliant content.

Account closure

You can close your account anytime, from your account page. Your listings are taken off the map immediately, and the account and personal data are permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the closure. Issued invoices are kept as required by tax law.

Inactive accounts

Accounts with no active or paid listing that remain unused for 6 months are deleted automatically, after two email notifications. Simply signing in keeps the account active.

Removal

We may suspend or remove a listing at any time in case of breach of these terms.
