Broșteni Monastery lies in the village of Broșteni in Drăgușeni commune, Suceava county, in a clearing in the middle of a forest on the crest of a hill. It has no connection with the town of Broșteni in the Bistrița valley. It is a monastery for monks, dedicated to the Three Holy Hierarchs, whose feast is on 30 January. The foundation stone of the church was laid in September 2001 by Archbishop Pimen Zainea of Suceava and Rădăuți. The work was carried out through the efforts of the abbot, Protosyncellus Iosif Grigore (1957-2005), whose grave lies beside the church wall. The dedication inscription lists the many families of believers who contributed to the building. The church was painted in fresco, in Neo-Byzantine style, by the painter Viorel Gherasim from Fălticeni, and was consecrated on 13 August 2006 by Archbishop Pimen with a group of priests. The complex comprises the church and a bell tower. Being a recent building, the monastery is not on the list of historic monuments.
