The Borșa Tourist Complex is the resort area of the town of Borșa at the foot of the northern slope of the Rodna Mountains, with ski slopes, a chairlift dating from 1986 and a gondola opened in December 2021. The gondola, about 2.6 km long, rises from 847 m to 1,633 m and serves the Olympic slope, and marked trails lead from the complex to Cascada Cailor, Poiana Știol and the Prislop Pass.

The Borșa Tourist Complex lies south-east of the town of Borșa, at the foot of the northern slope of the Rodna Mountains, on the edge of Rodna Mountains National Park. It is the main ski area and the starting point for several mountain trails on the Maramureș side of the massif. The oldest working installation is the two-seat Romanian-built chairlift put into service in 1986, which links the complex with the Runc plateau near Cascada Cailor. A ski jump has stood here since the interwar period, and international competitions were held on it until 2000. In December 2021 the Olympic slope and the gondola were inaugurated, funded from the state budget through Romania's Tourism Masterplan. The gondola is about 2.6 km long, has an intermediate station and a capacity of 1,800 people per hour, and rises from 847 m to 1,633 m, a vertical difference of 786 m. The slope has two variants, a red run of about 3 km and a blue run, with an average width of about 60 m and a total of about 6 km, equipped with snowmaking and floodlighting. Marked trails start from the complex: a red triangle to Cascada Cailor and the Prislop Pass, and a blue stripe to Poiana Știol and Șaua Gărgălău.
